Has a friendly staff, but it needs a new manager. Current manager is John. You won't get a good customer service from John,always edgy attitude what makes the whole experience extremely unpleasant for a customer. Good salesman, that's all. I would recommend reading reviews about different music stores first before stepping into one of them. The Music & Arts store in Avon has very good reviews.
