Usually don't write reviews but this place has pushed my buttons too many times. Constantly messes up my appointment times, and everytime it's happened I've received a shrug and "don't know how that could have happened." this last time we were waiting for at least thirty minutes (after they messed up our appointment time, and told us to have a seat). After waiting, the receptionist mentions that their credit card machine has not been working and that they need to us to go pull out cash. Couldn't something have been said the entire time we were waiting!?
When I mentioned this, I received another blank stare.
Based on this service alone I would never recommend this establishment to anyone else.
