Take your business elsewhere. The rudest management ever. I have lived on 4 different continents, in 19 countries. Even in Mali, people are kind and thankful for spending your buck.
This fellow is a liar and very offensive. He also smells. "Can I help you?" is all he says. I saw him couple of times treating women nicely, but to men he is very rude. I usually try to avoid him, other guys give better service, but last two times I went there it was only him at the wholesale counter. Manager or owner, whatever he is, is bad example for those young people that work there.
In over 5 years, owning a 4 restaurants, I'm spending around 50k/year here, I NEVER got "Thank You" or "How are You?" from anybody here.
Now it's time to move on. I know few dozen of business owners who share my opinion about this guy. I made decision, I'm opening a wholesale company with KIND employees just to show him how important this aspect is. It is called Customer Service. Soon he will not have any wholesale business. I cater to people whole my life. Now I'm going to cater to him something I never did before, and also, a little competition might just make him act nice, for a God's sake.
