I had a bad condensor on my boat. I called Bay Area Heating and asked them to repair the problem. They came out, looked at it and left. They then charged my Credit Card for $125.00 for an inspection and advised me to buy the part and where to get it. I never asked for an inspection or quote. It took a number of weeks for the visit and it still wasn't fixed. They couldn't give me a price. They said the the price would be "Time and material". Not much to go by. Do not hire Bay Area Heating and Cooling.
