I had my wife's engagement ring redone from yellow 18k gold to white 18k gold. Goldsmith did all the work. Since then the main diamond fell off, and the others fell out. Keep in mind they were fine for over 12 years of wearing them each day. Goldsmith refused to take any responsibility at all. Stating instead that had they actually sold me the diamond they would stand behind their work. I bought another diamond for $6500.00 elsewhere. Stay clear of this store. They back nothing, do shoddy work, and seems to care less about their customers.
