Our hot water heater went out! We called AAA Service at about 8:30 AM and made an appointment for that same day for 5 -7 PM. Paul arrived about 6:45 (after they called and said he would be closer to 7 pm which was great!) Paul quickly analyzed the issue, presented our options and was on his way to replacing it. AAA Service had all the parts needed on the truck! No need to come back once parts were shipped like Sears. Paul worked all evening until very late to make sure we had hot water to take showers the next morning. Paul was knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service. I give Paul 5 stars! I do think the price was a bit high, but it did include 20 year guarantee & service! Now we never have to worry about if we have the money for the regular maintenace. Paul - thank you for staying so late to get the job done! Thank you to your family for giving up time with you so we could have hot water!
