My water heater is fixed!
I always dread having home repairs for a number of reasons.
I'm not comfortable with strangers coming into my home.
I'm uneasy...wondering whether or not the person doing the work will be honest and do quality work. Last but not least...how much it will cost. Well I have to give Mike Cooper and Pipe Wrench Plumbing an A+ on all concerns. Mike was very nice and I was not uncomfortable while he was there. He was very knowledgable and competent. He was honest with me about what needed to be done and the charge/price for the work was reasonable. I will call Pipe Wrench again and I will request Mike Cooper!!! Thank you, Mike Cooper.
