Their business model allows for a Service Advisor who has extensive experience with the insurance company who will be funding the repair as well as Project Management. Adam was my Service Advisor and he was first of all a great communicator. During his daily calls to me, he provided up to date information about what progress had been made that day and reassurance. He was always positive, upbeat and professional.
I particularly appreciated the business and personal connection that Adam and Caliber had cultivated with the towing company, insurance company and car rental agency (Enterprise). All of their staff worked pleasantly with each other and anticipated the customer's needs. I was not bothered with any of their billing as Adam coordinated these directly with each entity. Obviously there was trust that had been earned over a number of years.
Before I picked up my car, I called Adam and asked him if anyone could pick me up at Enterprise after returning my rental car. He said to just drive to Caliber and he would take care of returning my rental: one stop shopping. I didn't expect this but I should have, knowing how thorough and profession Adam is.
My car was repaired, detailed and cleaned...and delivered on time! The paint job is perfect, the stripe on the detail was replaced and perfectly matched, and the unaffected headlight cover was thoroughly cleaned! Adam must have had my car waxed because the finish is so shiny!
