Just Plain Bad Service 6/9/2012

I called to schedule the service appointment and they set up the appointment but when I got there the next morning they were giving me a bad attitude. Got hostile. Said I was not allowed service and they could not tell me why? I asked for a manager and he said he was not there and I asked for his name so I could call him and he only would give me his first name and no phone number. Just a bad experience. Would never go back there for any reason. They dont know how to treat or respect people. more
