Cody Coleman is an excellent loan officer. Keeps in touch and stays abreast of what's happening. Doesn't leave you hanging...whether it's an email or voice mail. I ended up switching to another mortgage company only because of the added benefits that the builder had with new homes. I had a difficult time making that decision.
