I had a faucet that was dripping water. In calling Perfect Home Services the professionalism and assistance was great in setting up my account and service call. Upon arrival Jeremy was an extreme professional with putting on covers for his shoes and asking questions to 100% understand the faucet issue. While Jeremy understood and reviewed the faucet and water turn on/off location, he provided options for repairs. It was great b/c Jeremy was able to 100% answer my questions with the different options. Jeremy got the work done extremely well, in a decent amount of time duration along with providing information on what he was doing and sharing additional information! It was one of the best service technicans at the house and we need more service representatives like Jeremy!! Way to go Pefect Home Service to employ Jeremy and Jeremy BIG KUDOS to you!!!
