Very, very bad customer service & quality of work 5/30/2012

The customer service & quality of work is horrible. We had some repair work done, but the roof still leaked after the work. 3 months later they sent out another "technician", he told us that the shingles were laid out wrong. He returned twice to fix the problem, but did not have the right shingles either time. I have not heard from the repair man in over 6 months. Everytime I call I am told; "don't worry, I am going to come out and fix it you do not have to call me back". This whole process has been 11 months long, and I still do not have a fixed roof for a problem that they told me they did wrong. I wonder who is responsible for the water damage in my home? more
