I just found out about this bread. I have live in orange county for over 25 years and by chance last week I went to a restaurant in duchess county, I was informed about this bread. I had bread from all the five boroughs and Manhattan This is the very best bread by far. Fresh, well cooked and the crust is WOW. I will certainly be a frequent customer. Finally I found good bread.
