Tech found & repaired cooling problem in under one hr as faulty heat pump capacitor. Bill totaled $278.00(including $60.00 service/diag charge). Called & talked to owner, reduced price to $189, but still unreasonable($129-$218 for a cap!). Offered to pay $135.00, but was refused. Had tech remove installed cap & paid only the $60.00 service call/diag charge. Purchased $13.00 cap from parts store & installed myself. Ripoff attempt spurns any further business or referral regarding this company.
