Refer to Lowe's Order 224865499. I ordered item online on 5/8/2012, I printed out the Purchase Order details on 5/9/2012, which said the item had arrived at the store, Lowes of Jonesboro, AR (#414). Customer service said the item did not show up in their computer and said it was not in. Got a phone call on 5/17/2012 saying that the store had found the item, which had arrived on 5/9/2012. I really think that since Lowes withheld the item from me to at least 8 days, that a charge can be filed with the local police. If any Lowes personnel are reading this review, can Lowes relationship with this customer, me, be fixed? I had sent numerous emails CustomerCare@lowes.com, which didn't care.. There is no customer service. My actual rating is no stars. Yahoo says there is profanity in this review, and there isn't. This all relates to an online order placed for store pickup, order did not show up in local store computer. There was a great delay in getting the item because of Lowe's mistakes. No help either from customercare@lowes.com, other than their having to contact the local store to actually get the item that I had ordered and that had been in the local store one day after I ordered it until 8 to 9 days afterward until the local store actually called me to say that the item had been in the store since 5/9/2012-5/17/2012.
