The front office staff is very rude - especially on the phone but not a lot better in person. They act like they're being inconvenienced whenever you call or go into the office to see your doctor. If it's that terrible of a job, maybe getting another one would be better for them. Another thing, if you call and choose the option to speak with a physician, you always get the rude front desk staff - never a doctor - so not sure why they even offer that option. The last time I called, I was put on hold 3 different times. If it wouldn't had been for needing to get through to the doctor right away, I would have hung up. I go to this office because I love the PA there and was seeing her at another office before she came to this one. If it wasn't for her, I definitely would not be using this office because of the rude, unprofessional front desk staff.
