Learn from our mistake & DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had the most stressful, expensive, frustrating experience with them and are still dealing with the problems months after! They low-balled our estimate to "keep the deposit low", but promised us it wouldn't be a problem and that if we went over we would pay the difference. Well when the truck arrived (a day late & no notification of arrival until the night before) it wasn't big enough and 1/4 of our household items weren't able to fit on the truck?! We were moving cross-country and had to be out of our house within days as new people were moving in so we had to scramble rent a U-haul, get a storage unit and months later all of our stuff is still stuck in Ohio?! The driver told us that since they picked up more weight than what was on estimate they had no obligation to send another truck for the remaining items. So many of our nice, expensive, some heirloom pieces were badly damaged in the move- still no claim check & it's been over 60 days! I was told by customer service to write a letter describing our situation for them to process compensation....total waste of time. I could go on for 10 more chapters on all of the problems we had with them but not enough space. THEY MAY BE CHEAPER THAN OTHER COMPANIES, BUT IN THE END WILL COST YOU MORE. I wish I had read all of the online reviews before using them, shame on me. :(
