I recently was calling to ask a few questions about a concern that my dog got into some toxin. I was talking to a tech called "Johna" and she was extremely rude and kept telling me to call poison control. I realize that she didn't know what to do but she could have at least let me talk to a vet? Or maybe be nice and professional about the issue. This is my baby and I care so much about my dog that it really stressed me out and she was anything but comforting.
