We recently replaced all of our capeting with laminate flooring thanks to the Lumber Liquidators in Durham. We installed all of the flooring ourselves. Because we didn't have any experience, we asked them a LOT of questions over many trips to their store before we even decided to buy from them. Despite the fact that we were still "shopping around" and potentially not buying from them, they were very patient with our extensive questions. We made similar trips to other stores (including box stores) and were not given the same level of help and we could tell the people we were talking about didn't know as much as the guys at Lumber Liquidators. We knew that the LL guys were going to help us through the whole process. And they did. We called them during the process and stopped by and asked questions (like, we would hit a spot where there was a new issue we didn't expect - like a uneven floor, odd closet transition, or our fireplace transition). They answered our questions patiently. Always friendly, always helpful. Great guys. We spoke with all of them-- and it didn't matter who "made the sale" they were all there for us. Our floors are gorgeous and we get compliments all the time on them. They are excellent quality and have a 30 year warranty. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. I can recommend them without any reservation. Definitely check them out.
