1. We found the staff at Manassas office very unresponsive, unfriendly and unprofessional.
2. Getting a morning appointment was always like a big task.
3. The practice dropped our case at 32 weeks mentioning no reason.
4. And even though the insurance settled the amount, their billing department still is taking months to refund the amount they owe us.
5. Overall had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Fortunately, we found a very good practice that took our case at 32 weeks and things went well.
