Service dept is about the worse in the state! We bought a Ford while living out of state about 26 yrs ago , moved back after 4 yrs and had major engine problems. We had an extended warranty (ps: we will NEVER buy again) and Weslies service dept did not get the prior authorization to do repairs...claiming they could never reach the warranty people, yet I could reach on 1-3 rings EVERY time, ended up getting lawyer involved so very ugly! Now 26+ yrs later, we take one of our company pickups in and they are trying to pull the same crap with warranty work again (this this time Ford warranty)! The service mgr is the very top of the problem and when the "leader" is worthless....then the workers are worthless! Go ANYWHERE but here!!
