I have shopped here many times over the past year. I brought some things in to consign/sell. The woman at the front was strange, an absolute snoot and rude. My gosh, you would think it was that one store on Rodeo or Madison where you go because the one in your town is great, but the staff at this one are over the top. I don't mind snooty. I do mind rudeness, inconsistency, insulting - attitudes, and businesses that are not transparent. Their prices are a bit loopy for the quality of their items. And if they won't take an item that is of nicer quality than some of their current inventory, as well as the same label as some, because they say they don't take that label, with an air du poo poo I have rarely encountered, I'm calling your bluff. Don't waste my time, it is valuable.
