I have gotten quite a few cuts there, and they turned out fine, but their employees need to learn some things...one particular lady who cut my hair last time I was there spent the ENTIRE time griping to me about w coworker. I thought it very unprofessional. Today I went back to try to get some highlights, and the same employee, who was sitting at the desk doing nothing, told me she couldn't give me highlights because she had to leave in 45 minutes and the proceedure takes over an hour. Needless to say, again not happy. I won't be going back.
