Horrible customer service. They claim they'll address whatever problem you have and then utterly ignore everything. E.g. gift certificates: ask for what you want, put it IN WRITING and they'll still just send a credit receipt to the recipient. Oh, and they can't sharpen knives for the life of them. Do them at home or find a real professional. This place is proof that Angie's List is a scam: advertising and good reviews can be purchased by merchants. This is known, and this place is living proof.
