Having leased an executive home from Birdy Properties, an abusive amount of deposit money was retained with minimal to no documentation. An older home is an older home and the tenant is in no way responsible for the deterioration that naturally occurs. LEASEE BEWARE!!!!!! My advise is to retain your last month's lease payment in order to have an even hand when negotiating with this unethical operation.
