You need to be aware that Dee has people write 5 star reviews and then gives them a discount. Half of these reviews are written by her and her business partner/husband Evan. The services I have gotten for my dogs were not even satisfactory. I have had them bathed there twice and both times was disappointed. They tell me to bring them in for a redo. I am only off weekends so Saturday is the only day I can bring them in. I am the paying customer and should not have to come back for a service already paid for. They should be bending over backwards when my dogs look worse than when I dropped them off. My golden's hair was not brushed and they could not find her collar so I waited 20 minutes for her to be brought out. The girl who brought her out said she had to wait for the bather to cut her nails and brush her out. I will never bring her or my terrior back to Dee's. I boarded them last fall and when I picked them up they were okay but as soon as I got them home I noticed they had not had their nails cut as I had asked and their food was hardly gone. We were gone 7 days!! I will never recommend this place because of the way my dogs are treated while there.
