That is, service is by far much more important than convenience. The previous comments are absolutely true, except I WAS a faithful and regular customer. Never had an issue until now. Nobody's perfect but when you come home with half the clothes you took in because you trust them to put them in the car (in the drive thru) accounted for, and go back for the rest, only to find out they aren't there. You expect some consideration for your loyalty. Nope, just told that I was mistaken and that they gave me all the clothes. After scouring my closets and insisting that they did not return my clothes to me, the helper said the manager told her that there is nothing they can do. So check your clothes, photograph them if you have to. By the way, the day I went back to retrieve my "lost" clothes, there was another customer waiting for the rest of his clothes and they did not produce them, even when he checked before he left. Sorry sorry service!!!
