We were led to believe we were getting our car for a different price then it turned out on the paperwork.
One person I finally reached tried to explain it away and was rude. Other calls were never returned.
The issue was never resolved but I moved on.
I was later contacted about grading my experience and asked to let them know if I had any issues that needed addressed so they could correct them.
When I gave my response, I was treated like I was the problem.
Scott called me up and promised to make it right and said he'd call me right back. He never did. After more than a week I tried calling him to check the status. My calls were never returned.
When I finally spoke to to him again, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He had made the promises, never kept them and then lied about ever agreeing to. He was like a different person and I was stunned. He lied several times during all this.
The experience was very upsetting. My blood pressure shot up and I was stunned at the rude and unprofessional behavior I was subjected to.
I hate that I gave my business to these rude, dishonest people. We like Toyotas but now the car reminds me of how I was treated. The way I was disrespected was far worse than being cheated on the price.
