I called for service on Monday got service the next day Tuesday. I thought that was good because he came on my schedule. When the service man came he was polite and straight to the point. He asked questions and he listened and then he checked out the machine. He explained why I should not put anymore money into my washer even though I wanted to. He saved me money and I bought another washer. Thanks Lampe's Appliance.
