Beatiful things in this store, but the store owner needs classes in Good Customer Service! He is rude and obnoxious to customers to the ordinary shopper, however someone who frequents his store and looks like they have money, will obviously get treated with royalty. He did not like that I bought 5 scarves on sale, would not wrap one of them with a same size regular priced ite,and would not let me take an insert card. However he offered to wrap the sale gift of another customers purchase?? He first had asked that customer his ocupation, and felt my teacher occupation was not up to his standard of customers. He obviously needs to watch his mouth, as the rest of the customers can hear his dishonesty loud and clear!!! I will never shop at this store again!!!
