The doctor I see here is Superb. Only reason I stay, otherwise, I would be taking my good paying insurance elsewhere! Customer Service is not customer service. They do not understand the meaning. Making an appointment is difficult, and they become downright rude, if you do not have all the information they need to set up an appointment. I no longer refer anybody I know to this office because of their schedulers and front staff. My advice: look elsewhere and look fast. Otherwsie you will be waiting weeks to get in, and if you question having to wait, then they push you off even longer.
