I love the service that I get from Roy. I always feel like I am part of the family, as he always asks how I am doing and about the kids. This helps him to provide me with the coverage that I need, but it makes me feel like he knows me and that I am a part of the family. The rates are good and I love Mercury, but it is the great service that keeps me coming back.
