If you'd like absolutely horrible service, then go ahead and use 123. The woman answering the phone is terribly rude and does not want to listen to the specifics of your delivery/pick-up. Of course everything will get screwed up due to this. She actually hung up on me in the middle of speaking to her! After 4 attempts with them, all completely lacking, my company is no longer using their service.
