This is the first time I've felt bad about NOT buying a car. Recently I tried to buy an SUV from Walser. Unfortunately the vehicle I put a deposit on, struggled to make it to the dealership for several weeks. During that time, however, I proceeded to sell my Suburban in anticipation of the new purchase, and was now without a family hauler. Dan Jackson immediately took full responsibility for the delay and provided us with a loaner Suburban to fulfull our weekend cabin committments to our children and friends. Without hesitation Walser set out to make sure we were not inconvenienced in any way, and kept us updated on the new vehicle. By the time it arrived, we had decided we needed leather interior due to kids/dog, and we found a better deal elsewhere. I felt awful turning the keys back in on the free loaner Walser provided in an attempt to keep my business. However, Dan simply accepted them and wished us well with our new vehicle. That's the way to get future business! I would highly recommend Dan and Walser Buick as you look for a new vehicle. There is no doubt I'll "try" to buy a car from them again in the future.
