I went to Dr. Patrignelli for a problem that has been persisent and with a poor prognosis. Although the chances of my problem disappering were statistically slim, he treated me and it worked! I will be forever grateful for the service he did for me, since the condition was socially crippling. I'm willing to overlook his manner because once you talk to him, he's a good guy. He's just not willing to turn many patients away since he wants to help everyone and overschedules himself. And I have to say, I'm thankful for that, too, because if he had turned me away, I don't know where I'd be now.
