I recently ordered a pair of engraved cufflinks for my boyfriend for Christmas. When placing the order, I put in the initials in logicalorder (first, middle, last initial). Well since I was placing the order on an iPhone, I did not see any instructions that the initials needed to be included in the order that you would want them engraved (first, last, middle initial) After the cufflinks arrived with the initials engraved in the wrong order, I called up customer service to see if there was anything they could do and explained to them that if they went to place an order on an iPhone, they would not see the crucial information regarding the engraving instructions. The woman at customer service down right rude to me and told me the cufflinks were worthless to them since they were engraved and told me there was nothing she could do for me. At this point, I told her they were also worthless to me since they had the wrong initials engraved. Completely disgusted with the level of customer service I received and will take my business elsewhere from now on.
