I was scheduled to have 3 trees taken down on a Tuesday but they did not show up till Friday. I know things happen, but I was very upset because no one called to tell me or reschedule. I called and complained and the lady Cheryl I spoke with in the office was very sympathetic. Not only did a crew show up, one of the owners did too. They did a great job on the trees and even sprayed my lawn for ticks, free of charge, because of the inconvenience. That's the proper way to do business.
