Do not do business with this company. I was their customer for many years and when I gave them 9 months notice that I was not renewing my contract the improperly and illegally tried to impose a $2,500 charge for removal of my file boxes from storage with them. Also they consistently jacked up their rates over the years. Their archive storage contract provides for a 3 year term with automatic renewal unless prior 30 day written notice is given. This is illegal.
