Nice front desk staff, nice techs, LONG, LONG wait. In fact, two years running, we have experienced lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng waits and heard many others in the jam-packed waiting room complaining. Dr. Pohlod is competent, I'm sure (but, then how would I know?), but is not personable or engaging. Would be nice if this megaoffice were a little "warmer." Feel like a number...................
