Jeff was great, he explained the process, taught me how to email a PDF, and got my service done in 2 days. I appreciated his patience with me as I have never filed a law suit in the past. The process server called me once he was completed with the service in Downtown Los Angeles, and I received the proof of service a couple days later. Very smooth, easy process.
