Am very astute what my insurance covers, what the dentist is paid and what my part of cost is. Spelled it out to finance person and she stated, "I've never written off that much." Waited for an appointment for a month and at that appointment was told that because of what my insurance pays for a metal crown, I cannot make that choice unless I opt for Cerec crowns, or get another dentist. What transpired leaves more questions and question marks as to whether or not in the past agreements with insurance companies were truly honored.
