They over book. My dog was never ready when they said she would be ready. They shaved my dog when I specifically told them not to. Emilie (the groomer) can be very difficult with an attitude. The worst part is that my dog would cry and cry when I left her there. After three gets I no longer take her there and found a wonderful groomer who she loves.
