I hired Keith Welch to install Xmas lights on December 7th, 2011 with a written agreement to contact him for removal in January. After leaving numerous voice messages and text messages, I have heard nothing back. I'm left to fend for myself on the removal of the lights and am dismayed at the lack of professionalism and disregard for a written agreement. Take your money and project elsewhere.
