I have been a customer for many years but may leave to find another mechanic. I got an oil change which was quick but I was told it may need something else and an older gentleman at the counter needed to test drive it. Instead he said he needed to get a computer tech on the phone. I waited. 20 minutes then just gave up went home. John used to do this alot better and finding your problems were easier. A computer is worth more then a customer????? So with a heavy heart I will look for another place to fix my vehicle seeing they have no time for me and a computer is more important then my money. Maybe the computer can get serviced for thousands of dollars I dropped there for there service. Nice remodel but now service sucks.
