When I called this company it was very late at night. I was sure I would have pay an "after hours" service fee. Once I found out that this was not the case, I knew I had called the right company. Jackie arrived right on time. He was full of energy and ready to work. I liked the way he worked. He was very prepared and didn't have to go get parts. He had everything he needed right on his truck. I laughed when he told me he would be as quite as possible. What I did like was the courtesy he displayed while he was working. Two days later he called to be sure all problems were solved. A busted hot water heater is not a good thing to waking up to. But having a technician from Royal Flush was. Thanks boys!
