On the positive side, the electricians were friendly and courteous. Also, the service manager also knocked off $90 from a rather high-price up-front diagnostic fee. But, the final bill to replace two relay and a solenoid was much more than a reasonable fee. I work with electrical engineers and our hourly rates aren't that high. more
