The appearance was average. The food quality was very poor, portion size was very poor, and appearance was poor.The menu was poor, the food was bland, no choices of meat (just chicken). Captain (Angie) was rude upon boarding. The server /service was average. The entertainment was poor, and overall the cruise was very poor.The riverboat did not go very far down the river toward the beautiful houses, so we were unable to see all the houses lit up for Christmas. What a let down! Very overpriced for what we got.
