Good: Sales person. Bad: Service department. What a joke from the minute I picked up my car the gas gauge did not work, sales person told me this was common in these vehicles the next time I fill gas it will work and this is true but why not fix it. Took car in because it was dying out at stop lights - had my vehicle for 2 weeks when I finally went to pick up because of frustration my vehicle was "on a test drive to Kenmare "- 60 miles away. They put over 150 miles on my vehicle in 2 weeks. Never Again!!. Improvements: Customer service! Been asking my sales person to find me a vehile for over 4 years. Keep calling him every 2-3 months "Oh Yeah, I will see what I can do". Other: Lady of whom you visit with and finalize paper work very pushy and NOT FRIENDLY! Really not good experience at this dealership.. more
