I have been in this store alot over the years,I go in with what I have in mind and totally get side tracked.Its like a fabric warehouse bolts of fabric all over the place in the floor i've even tripped over them,Some fabrics are just hidden behind stacks of others.I know alot of this fabric has to be dry rotted.The reviews about the owner are pretty much true she is not friendly and dont ask if she has a sale or you'll get you head bit off.Now for the good part if you cant find what your looking for any place else i'd say you can here,The staff does a pretty good job and the owner does help but not in a good business way,I usually leave without buying anything it's just to much for my mind to handle.All i can say is give it a try,But for me i'd rather go some place else and pay the same price and be treated nice and asked to come back.
