Good: Touchless is a quick in and out service. There are better car washes for sure, but Touchless' specials are great and make the service affordable. You are getting what you pay for.. Bad: There are always missed spots you find when you leave Touchless. Wet spots, missed spots under the door and the area outside the lower wheel wells need to be redone everytime. Their interior "special" detailing prices are al'carte' and I mean al'carte! every mat, every seat has a price. A total interior details could cost over $133.00! just for the inside!. Improvements: Make a package interior price. If you're going shampoo the carpets, why charge another $12 for the mats? I f you detailing side panels and dashboards, why charge separate for each seat?---make it $90 and call it a day!. Other: touchless has good coupons online, a free wash after 12 paid washes, discount books, birthday and holiday specials. All great ideas. Some good package deatiling pricing, and a couple spot checks on the routine service to ensure high standards could make Touchless the Top DC area carwash vendor..
